Catholic Schools Week 2016

Sunday January 31 and concludes on February 6.

Theme

This year the theme for Catholic Schools Week is Catholic Schools:

Challenged to Proclaim God’s Mercy

It is hoped this theme will enhance understanding of the meaning of this Extraordinary Year of Mercy, proclaimed by Pope Francis, which began on Dec 8th 2015 and will continue until November 20th 2016.

We are invited to explore, with our pupils, what it means for each of us to be the face of God’s Mercy in our schools, in our families and in our local communities.

While schools will receive a flyer and poster, this year the resources for Catholic Schools Week will not be posted out to schools.
