Lent gives us all an opportunity to come closer to God, through prayer, fasting and almsgiving we can prepare for the celebration of Easter!

You might also consider attending the “24 hrs for the Lord” taking place on Friday 9th March to Saturday 10th March across the Diocese in the following parishes:
- Rathvilly
- Bagenalstown
- Newbridge
- Allenwood
- Portlaosie
- Rhode
Eucharistic Adoration and Confession are available for the full 24hrs in the above parishes. Please contact parishes for times and details.
In this, the year of the World Meeting of Families, you are encouraged to come closer together in your family and as a family, both to each other to God.
