We are inviting young people to sign up for Year 4 of the John Paul II Award. The award helps young people get involved in the life of their local parish and community. It is for those in senior cycle of school or for school leavers aged 16 and over.

Through the award young people can share their faith by exploring new opportunities and meeting new people. It is an ideal way for young people to get involved in ‘The Year of Faith’. Young people who sign up are committing to work voluntary in their local parish and community for the year ahead.

Anyone interested can apply to take part by downloading an application form.

The closing date for applications is 16th November 2012. Completed application forms should be forwarded to:

Yvonne Rooney, Faith Development Services, Cathedral Parish Centre, College Street, Carlow
