Mission Weekday Mass Schedule

Morning Mass Monday to Friday at 7:00am and 9:30am Derrinturn.

Morning Mass Monday to Friday at 9:30am Kilshanroe.

On Tuesday the Mission priests will visit the sick and housebound. If you know anyone who is not currently on our list, but would like a visit, please call the Parish Office. Tuesday evening’s mission theme is Christian Family Life. Please bring family photographs to this session. (Both Churches).

On Wednesday evening the mission theme is Reconciliation. (Both Churches).
On Wednesday evening following the mission session there will be a gathering of young people (from teens to thirty) from both churches in Derrinturn Church. This will include prayers for anyone doing exams. Refreshments provided.

On Thursday evening the mission theme is Our Church: One Spirit – many gifts. Let us all appreciate the wonderful gifts God gave us. (Both Churches).
On Friday, we will remember our beloved departed, including children who died before or after birth , and children who died without Baptism. Please bring the names of your dearly departed which will be carried in procession. (Both Churches).
On Saturday morning, we will have Anointing of the Sick (including mass), in Kilshanroe church, followed by refreshments. (We are asking drivers to volunteer to bring people to the church for this occasion).

The Mission Closing Celebration Mass will take place in Carbury GAA in Derrinturn and will be a celebration of the Eucharist. All organizations in the parish are requested to carry a banner to the altar during the Our Father. Please contact the Parish Office for further information.

We pray for a successful Mission, and that it is a worthwhile spiritual experience for us all. We hope to see you there.
