The 50th International Eucharistic Congress is taking place from 10th – 17th June. The main for the Congress (10th – 16th) is the RDS while the final ceremony (Statio Orbis) on Sunday 17th June is taking place in Croke Park.
Kildare & Leighlin Diocese has organised a diocesan pilgrimage to the Congress in the RDS on Tuesday 12th June.
Fr Liam Lawton will co-ordinate the music at the main Mass in the RDS arena that afternoon. The choir will be drawn from K&L and some other dioceses.
He has invited all choirs in K&L to join our ‘pilgrim choir’ on Tuesday in the RDS.

Rehearsal – 29th May Carlow Cathedral
There will be a rehearsal for all taking part in the Tuesday Eucharistic Liturgy on Tuesday 29th May in the Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow at 8.00pm
All participants are asked to bring the Veritas Book “Sing the Mass” which includes the Glendalough Mass which we will be singing but along with some other Mass parts which are also included in this Veritas book
The rest of the music will be given to you that night. The rehearsal will be in Carlow to facilitate people traveling from Wexford, Wicklow and Kilkenny as well as from our own Diocese.
